Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at mummaandmeofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and record a video while opening the package. If the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mummaandmeofficial@gmail.com and share the unboxing video with us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items may not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
